I
am glad to introduce a new a widget designed
for
CARGO called
EasternKegg v.
1.0.
The
aim of this mini-application is to help
experimental biologists to get all known
pathways found in
KEGG (Kyoto
Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes) where a gene is
involved.
I hope it will be available on our production server at CNIO soon.
The information retrieved will be displayed as shown
in the figure bellow.
